How Payment Works

1.    How does payment work?

Each StoryCard™ is created slowly and intentionally, one at a time.

To protect that process — and to ensure your moment receives our full attention — payment is required before creative work begins.
This allows us to set aside the time, energy, and care needed to shape something deeply personal.

Once payment is complete, we begin with your questionnaire — and your story officially enters our hands.

2.    Where do I complete my purchase now?

We currently accept orders through links shared on TikTok or directly through our website.

This allows us to stay close to the stories we’re creating — and to communicate with you more personally throughout the process.

No marketplaces.
No mass checkout flow.
Just a direct beginning to something meaningful.

3.    Is my payment safe?

Yes — absolutely.

All payments are processed through secure, trusted platforms with industry-standard encryption.
We never store your payment details, and your personal information is handled with care and discretion.

Just as importantly:
Your story is treated with the same level of protection.

4.    Why do I need to complete the questionnaire?

Because the questionnaire is the story’s foundation.

It’s not a test.
It’s not about writing beautifully.
It’s a space to reflect — and to share what matters most.

Your answers help us understand:

  • the emotion behind the moment

  • the relationship it represents

  • the feeling you want to leave with someone else

The more thoughtfully you answer, the more deeply we can shape the final StoryCard™ to feel true.

There’s no rush — and no “right” way to respond.
Just honesty.

5.    Can I change my answers later?

Small clarifications are always welcome early on.

However, once creative work begins, your questionnaire becomes the emotional blueprint for everything that follows — the lyrics, the design, and the final form.

We encourage you to take your time with it.
This step matters.

6.    How many revisions are included?

Each StoryCard™ includes up to three thoughtful revision rounds.

This isn’t about endless tweaking —
it’s about alignment.

You’ll review drafts, feel into them, and guide the direction until the piece feels right in your chest — not just on the page.

After three rounds, the story usually finds its natural resting place.

If additional revisions are requested beyond that, they may require an additional fee — and are handled case by case.

7.    Why are revisions limited?

Because emotion needs space — not exhaustion.

Limiting revisions helps preserve clarity, intention, and honesty.
It keeps the process from becoming rushed, over-worked, or diluted.

Our goal isn’t perfection.
It’s truth.

8.    What happens after I approve the final version?

Once you approve the final drafts:

  • Your StoryCard™ is printed

  • Pop-up elements are hand-assembled

  • QR-linked audio is prepared

  • Everything is carefully packaged

Each piece is completed by hand, one at a time.

Then it’s shipped — ready to be opened, felt, and remembered.

9.    Do you offer refunds?

Because each StoryCard™ is custom-made and deeply personal, we’re unable to offer refunds once creative work has begun.

If you need to cancel before submitting your questionnaire, please reach out — we’ll do our best to help.

Our intention is always to create something meaningful, not transactional.

10.  Is this just a product?

No.

It’s a moment, shaped slowly.
A feeling, given form.
A message someone will carry longer than they expect.
